Speed was a constant theme in this video- especially considering how quickly I had to put this motion graphic together. Blazing forward at breakneck speeds this 43 second video was finished in less than two days time- or about 16 hours.

Truthfully, I'd have preferred to take 3 days on this type of video and if it wasn't for me soloing the script and audio it would have taken much longer. But because so much creative control was left in my hands, I could make independent changes without having to turn to pretty much anyone.

This has its perks as you'd imagine, but at the same time there are drawbacks. If it turns out there are changes to be made (which are still possible) it may be tougher now that the composition is essentially built and finished.

Working with such a complex project also meant adapting my work to the tools provided by me. To achieve this task I moved After Effects to both screens; my workspace on the left and output on the right. For one, this helped with the dozens of layers this project collected as time went on.

In all, I'm rather happy with this video- though I wish I had a bit more professional of a voice actor. In the future perhaps I will!
